John's specialty is the pre-design phase. This work includes facilities strategic planning and architectural programming. As corporate clients have asked John ‘what happens next?’, this question and ones like it, have led to his work in Strategic Planning for facilities and real estate, as well as, Workplace Solutions.
This work is all very creative, just not in the traditional sense. Clients appreciate how John brings an open mind to problem solving. He is a natural facilitator. In addition to the large projects shown in this website his work also includes residential projects for family and friends.
