John was brought on as a workplace consultant to guide and implement this not-for-profit organization’s workplace and telecommuting efforts. He consulted with NRDC’s in-house Facilities and Real Estate group to establish their new Advanced Work Environment (AWE). This included setting up policies and protocols for the transition to workplace sharing and telecommuting. Details of the project included establishing benchmarks and internal surveys to gather and monitor ongoing performance data from the AWE prototypes.
